I am a very good and very hungry therapy dog for humans. When Sandy is in a Smile TV meeting and I am not in the same Smile TV meeting, I find fun ways to express my need for treats. I play with balls, and squeaky toys and sometimes I find new things in the trashcan in the Smile TV office to play with or eat. When I need to express the hunger of my soul and tummy, I pull out the paints.
Sandy has paintings in her office near the treat box, and they make her happy. When I paint paintings, they make her happy too. She hangs them on the wall and says “good dog,” then the treats come quickly.
It is a very good thing that there are so many supplies for my arts. Did you know that when you mix up the letters in “the arts,” you get “h treats?” The “h” stands for “happy” so they are happy treats because they make us both happy.
My paints have to be bright and contrasty so they can tell Sandy about the hunger in my tummy and soul. I cannot see the colors I pick but I like the different colors although they don’t taste very different. And every time I paint, I get a lot of attention and I get to play with the hose and jump in the pool and Sandy brings out the towel.
Painting is very easy for me, because I am my own paintbrush. I look over my shoulder and wag the colors onto the canvas to be the very good painting dog that I am.
As the very good Smile TV dog, I am always smiling and wagging and I keep wagging my tail so that it looks good like this.
I add some swoops and some swishes and some dabs with lots of different colors to express my need for multiple treats.
Do you want to feed me treats? Can you feel my hunger by looking at my painting? When I look at it, I almost can taste the treats that the Smile TV people will want to give me for these masterpieces of labrador inspired hungry tummy.
I don’t just paint about hungry. I can also express my feelings of being a Smile TV ZEN dog of harmony. That takes very special wags to explain the balance that I share with people as very good therapy dog for humans.
The meeting is almost over so I will be done painting to receive my fun with water, towels and treats now. Paintings last as long as meetings. Sandy said they are so good that she will sell some of them on the Smile TV website. I will accept treats for trade. This is why you should support “h treats.”
Do you like my paintings? Will you trade for treats? What would you like to see me paint next? Send me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org!
